The Association of MBAs was established in 1967 and is the advocate for the MBA. The Association's accreditation service is internationally recognised as the global standard for all MBA, DBA and PEMM programmes. AMBA also offers the only professional membership association for MBA students and graduates.

The National Association of Women MBAs is dedicated to promoting women in business and increasing the opportunities for women MBAs.

MBAs Without Borders sends MBA-business volunteers to provide short-term business assistance to local and international businesses and NGOs working in developing countries. With over 3,000 MBAs and links to 400 MBA communities, MWB works within five industries: Healthcare, Agriculture, Financial, Income-Generation and Climate Change. MWB is focused on MBAs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, not only to develop businesses, but also people and nations.
